Betty White, is some sort of national treasure in addition to her acting and now cult-status fan-base, White can now add rapper to her list of professions. White show up in a remix with Luciana’s song ‘I’m Still Hot’ brought to you by The Lifeline Program. White exclaims in her lyrics that even though she is a ‘senior’ and ‘still a Golden Girl’, she is ‘Betty from the Block’ and ‘still hot’. To add, to her appeal, she shares that she can ‘rock your world with my cheesecake.’ Established in 1989, The Lifeline Program is one of the most respected life settlement companies in the market today with Betty White as one of their spokespersons. 
Life settlement company, The Lifeline Program released a short clip and some behind-the-scenes shots from a currently unreleased music video starring Betty White and techno sensation Luciana for their now viral single for the remix of ‘I’m Still Hot’. From what we can tell so far, Betty will be showing off her Hot-ness alongside some bodybuilder men. Check out clips below from hair and makeup to rehearsal, and of course, Betty’s beloved cheesecake.

Miss Universe 2011 is Leila Lopes of Angola. Lopez answered “Thank God I’m very satisfied with the way God created me and I wouldn’t change a thing,” adding “I consider myself a woman endowed with inner beauty. I have acquired many wonderful principles from my family and I intend to follow these for the rest of my life,” after receiving her interview question and besting 88 other contestants vying for the crown. The outgoing Miss Universe, Ximena Navarrete, said upon anticipating the relinquishing of her crown; “The crown lets you do many beautiful things, but it also teaches you a lot as a person and as a woman. Traveling, getting to know new cultures. All of that enriches you.”

China’s Luo Zilin came in fourth runner-up, Philippines’ Shamcey Supsup was third runner-up, Brazil’s Priscila Machado was named second runner-up and Ukraine’s Olesia Stefanko was picked first runner-up. The Miss Universe 2011 pageant was held at the Credicard Hall in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Miss Universe also celebrated its’ 60th anniversary this year. The finalists all did a wonderful job answering their questions, which has garnered a few controversies in past years. Vivica A. Fox asked Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup, “Would you change your religious beliefs to marry the person you love? Why or why not?”  Supsup answered ”If I would have to change my religious beliefs, I would not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is God, who created me.” adding ”I have my faith and my principles, and this is what makes me who I am. If the person loves me, he’ll love my God too,” she added.

With the preliminaries wrapping up minutes ago featuring all 89 contestants ruling the stage, Miss Universe 2011 Preliminary show awarded Congeniality and Photogenic awards to Miss Montenegro Nikolina Loncar and Miss Swenden Ronnia Fornstedt respectively. Miss Universe 2011,which will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Miss Universe pageant, will be held at the Credicard Hall, in São Paulo, Brazil on September 12, 2011. The reigning Miss Universe Ximena Navarrete of Mexico who co-hosted the preliminaries will crown her successor.

Singer/Songwriter Baiyu was recently on Kauai also known as the Garden Isle for a video shoot. While on the island, she contributed her musical talents for a benefit concert for those affected by the tsunami and earthquake in Japan. Japanese relief efforts has been a cause Baiyu has been championing whole-heartedly by donating all the proceeds from her album FanFair. Baiyu is one of a number of individuals like Enson Inoue, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and Miss Jamaica 2010 Yendi Phillipps, who have raised awareness, funds, and donated their time and energy to a cause that is still affecting countless lives today. During her visit to Kauai, Baiyu said “Going back to Kauai, not surprisingly, felt like going home. As jammed packed as my schedule was, I was more relaxed in those few days than I was all year! Charlize Theron joins Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly, and Marlene Dietrich in a star-studded Dior ad directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud. With a little help from digital magic, Dior was able to bring Theron and the Hollywood icons backstage in a glamorous composition with the musical backing of ‘Heavy Cross’ by Gossip.
