Beyonce is joining the ranks of Celine Dion and Carrie Underwood in having her very own holiday special. Similar to Jennifer Lopez who scored a network special on NBC to broadcast her concert in Puerto Rico, Beyonce’s special is slated for Thanksgiving Day and will air on ABC.

Beyonce’s Thanksgiving Day Special will feature the singer and her alter-ego Sasha Fierce with segments from her I Am… World Tour. The special will be an hour and a half long with musical guests Jay-Z and Kanye West. During the special you will travel with the 16-time Grammy Award winning artist through six continents and 32 countries belting out your favorite hits. 

Mariah Carey will also air a music special on ABC entitled “Merry Christmas II You” on December 13, 2010. Not only will the high-octave singer be singing Christmas songs but also surprise very special fans. Carey who is currently pregnant dropped her second Christmas album last Tuesday.
